I have had a number of careers over the years.  My most recent was in my own Counseling Practice.  I loved my work and my clients but Covid changed EVERYTHING!  And then I changed everything else.  I have always been creative and I have dabbled in art since I was a teenager.  At the time, I was way too much of a perfectionist to allow my creativity to thrive but now, with so many years behind me, I can really work on allowing myself to be ME!
